  • We typically begin with a 2 month initial engagement. This serves a few purposes.

    1. Identifying early value. Often we will start by producing a strategic technology roadmap, performing a technology/security audit, or solving an acute problem. Identifying a likely place to start helps us provide value to your organization as quickly as possible.
    2. Onboarding into your organization. In order to give great advice, we need the right context. The initial engagement gives us a chance to meet your team, review your technology and to understand your business direction and goals.
    3. Ensuring we are great together. A strong partnership is good for both sides. We want to ensure that we are a good fit for each other and to take the time to evaluate how things are going.

    Once the initial engagement has been completed, we will be in a good position to evaluate the needs of our partnership going forward. At this time we fine-tune how much dedicated time will be needed and clarify expectations and responsibilities.

  • Strategic Technology Services provide the right person for the right amount of time. Typical engagements range from 1-4 days a week but could be as low as a few hours a week or as high as a full-time interim position.

    Once we agree on a commitment level, we will be dedicating our time to thinking about and working on your business. We are proactive. We work together to identify the most valuable initiatives for your organization and work with you, your team and your vendors to implement them.

    Throughout the remainder of the week, we are available to answer messages and participate in calls. We understand that not everything fits into a nice schedule, so we stay flexible where needed.

    Should an emergency occur, or the amount of effort you need from us temporarily increase, we'll be there to support you with flexible billing.
