Cova and Open Path Partners recently undertook a partnership to build out additional functionality for a Point of Sale + Loyalty System integration. Right from the beginning, the engagement had a different tone, compared to traditional contracting. While typical contract engagements often feel like throwing specs over a fence, Open Path provided a very different experience. As their name implies, this engagement felt like a partnership as opposed to contractual engagement. From the initial product discovery and scoping to validate we were in fact building the right thing, to the weekly check-ins, and the on-time delivery of the product, Open Path was professional and efficient.
